So who should we back in the Pro Bowl?
Fan Pro Bowl voting should be reasonably fair, but it's OK to have a slight homeristic bias. With that as a ground rule, who should we vote for?
My starting list is: Patriots: Tom Brady Randy Moss Logan Mankins Dan Koppen -- first one that's really even homerish Ty Warren -- deserved it last year for sure Vince Wilfork Mike Vrabel -- having an awesome year Asante Samuel -- yes, he actually deserves it Wes Welker -- OK, that's very homerish, but I really like the dude Probably the ST guys too -- why not? Ditto Heath Evans at FB. Non-Patriots: Joseph Addai Jason Taylor Adrian Peterson |

For one thing, what has Jason Taylor done so special this year for making the pro bowl? The other thing is who gives a crap - There is ONLY ONE BOWL for this team and its first word is NOT PRO |

For one thing, what has Jason Taylor done so special this year for making the pro bowl?
I think he's saying that he likes Jason Taylor and will vote for him because of it. The other thing is who gives a crap - There is ONLY ONE BOWL for this team and its first word is NOT PRO A lot of players would at least like to be selected for the Pro Bowl, or recognized in some way. Since many of these guys won't get All-Pro status no matter what they do, the Pro Bowl is the best individual achievement they can get. As a fan, it's nice to see players besides Brady and Moss get some praise. |
