I Encourage You To Watch This Player...
 
Logan Mankins tomorrow.. I've been watching him the last few weeks.. He's a mean mofo.. His rep coming from college is exact. .He's just wants to bury the guy in front of him.. I'm getting his jersey as well .. Man Crush... AHAAHA.. :singing:

Can't wait to pair him up with Jake Long - T - Michigan. On the left side of our ol for the next 8-10 yrs. Light slides over to RT. We trade Kaczur for a lb. Tom Brady will live happily ever after.

I remember watching the draft when he was taken at the end of the 1st round by the Patriots. The analysts (Mel Kiper I believe and the other usual suspects) were saying the Patrios way overvalued him and he should have been a mid second rounder and also there were other tackles on the board better. Those guys are jokers.

Also - he is from Fresno St right? Isn't BB's old asst. the coach over there? I bet they talked about this guy,...

I remember the board the day we drafted him. Meltdown. BB is an idiot! Can coach. But, can't draft. Yes, Pat Hill his college coach was a former asst. for BB.

Matt Light is THE guy who has played the absolute best season of his career,Matt is the unheralded MVP of this team and should definately be in the pro bowl - While Mankins has been solid as well but he has not played as well as Light.

Another interesting fact: as a (redshirt) freshman in college, Logan Mankins, at RT, protected David Carr's blind side, and only allowed two sacks all year.

The OL has been super all season. Mankins is one bada$$ mofo. Watch him drive his man until the whistle. Dr. Z called him the best guard in the NFL. BB has nothing but praise for him. All well deserved.

Fourth and one? No prob. Just sneak it behind # 70. Great protection all season. 'Bout time these grunts get their props.

I would agree.. He's having a great year so far. He hasn't had those "Matt Light Moments".. You know what I'm talking about? In the past he would get these penaltys in key moments.. The ones that make you want to throw your remote at the TV..
