Read about how great the Colts run game is averaging 140 yards a game so the edge goes to the Colts when the Patriots defense is giving up 84ish yards per game.

Now the Patriots who average a whopping 4 yards less per game at 136 the matchup is called even in regards to going against the Colts defense who is giving up 107 per game.

Dumb a$$es.

This is a ****ing joke. The Special Teams units are even? Pats run defense vs. Colts run offense is even? I know it is an Indy site, but cmon....

To be fair, they are homers. It's only Boston media that consistently denegrates any success the hometown team may have (except for the Red Sox).

OK, so the Indianapolis newspaper gives the Colts one advantage and the Patriots one advantage and everything else even. That puts the Indianapolis newspaper giving neither team the edge. I take it you want them to favor the Patriots? It's the regular season most hyped game of the year and you think they are going to pick the Patriots?

Well, the Colts have the fifth ranked rushing offense and the Pats have the 9th ranked rush defense. So I don't have a problem with them ranking the Pats and Colts even in this category.

I haven't really watched enough Indy games to know about their special teams.

IMO, ST's is the major gaffe. Our coverage is year in and year out abysmal. Our returns have been better, but I think you have to give edge to Pats. Coaching wise, not sure if they mean the entire staff, or just HC's. I don't think Dungy gets much love here, and BB is obviously a guru, so I can see where you might think edge to Pats. Staff wise, we like our coaches, and 13-0, 9-0, and 7-0 starts would dictate a pretty decent staff of competent coaches.

I think it dictates more a pretty decent, competent quarterback. Or, maybe a little more than that. I think Dungy and pals are overrated because Peyton is so good. ;)
