That guy is as embarassing as that country. BOR tells him that 60% of the country lives below the poverty level, and he interjects that "no that's not true". Why isn't it true? Well, according to him, and he actually said this with a look of excitement, that the UN figure for poverty is $2 a day, and only 18% of Mexico's pop is that low. :eek:
