OT: Did anyone see LT's antics on the sidelines today?
He was wildly going after Rivers for "not getting him the ball".

I did. He's classy. Rivers just laughed him off. What a trainwreck they're becoming. LOL!

He's a classy guy, you know him - must come down from the coach.

Re: OT: Did anyone see LT's antics on the sidelines today?
Don't mistake me, I have no respect for Mr. Tomlinson off the field. But, he was right in pointing out to the QB that he was free. Rivers did not even bother to look at the field and focused purely on the play called; had he the experience, or ability shall I say, to be more aware of the players open, he would have lobbed it to Mr. Tomilson who would have easily got the first down and more. That was another momentum killing decision by Rivers and IMO, there was nothing wrong in Mr. Tomilson speaking to Rivers about it.
If I recall correctly, Rivers utterly ignored the 'classy' RB and walked away instead of talking to him. As the commentators mentioned, Mr. Tomilson was not shouting at the QB; he was pointing out to him that he was free. So, I wouldn't mark this as another example of his classy antics. |

I'm so sick of that whining piece of *****. I was laughing watching his post game press conference.

Re: OT: Did anyone see LT's antics on the sidelines today?
He was extremely verklempt in his postgame, borderline I could cry. Said they were just being competitive, you know? Also said he is at a loss as to what is wrong. NFLN analysts were tearing the organization a new one for the coaching changes that apparently aren't working. Rivers on the other hand reminds me of Howdy Doody minus the freckles. Smiles inappropriately. Says 3 divisions games coming and they'll be fine. I think he just dissed his division...

Mr Class.
I have a funny feeling the Bolts may not make the playoffs. They are not a gimme. |
Re: OT: Did anyone see LT's antics on the sidelines today?
How much do you wanna bet there will an analyst on one of the major wrap up shows or pregame shows next weekend who says yet again that it is out of character for a classy guy like LT. Sooner or later all these out of character acts actually become part of his character. LT yelled at someone on the sidelines last week too.
