Listening him on Sirius NFL radio, I have never heard so much racist stereotyping going on by a radio announcer. Some of the gems he spewed:

• Although, dog fighting is not just a black thing, when blacks are involved in dog fighting there are usually drugs involved too. He estimates that 80% of dog fights when black are involved also have drugs.

• In the San Deigo and Phoenix areas, ALL dog fighting is run by Mexican gangs.

I can't believe I actually heard what I heard.

I'm not saying he's right, but can you prove him wrong? And Shannon Sharpe, a black man, is racist against blacks?

Some of the most racist people on this earth are African American. You forget about Jackson and Sharpton calling for those Duke kids heads based on the fact they where rich and white.

Anyone who did not agree that those kids where guilty where racists according to some african americans. Same thing with Vick.

A lot of egg on a lot of faces these days. I am not a racist guy, but there are A LOT of very racist black people.

Incredibly as it seems, Mexican gangs have indeed moved from **** fighting to Dog fighting. They usually stage both together. I can't stand Sharpe (eventhough he is the most illustrous alumni of Savannah State (and Savannah has about ten of his illigetimate kids to prove it)), but I can't see this as being racist, he is, unfortunately speaking the truth!

Did anyone catch Charles Barkley yesterday? He was true Charles, when asked about the Vick situation, he said that Vick is an idiot, putting a $130 million dollra contract on the line, to get involved in dog fighting, is just plain stupid.

Not so Sharpe is one person that I truly cannot stand. He is beyond annoying...

Why can't people be racist when talking about their own race in racist terms? Racism is making predetermined judgements about a race based on their race. It doesn't matter if he is talking about his own race. It is still a racist comment. He did make comments about Mexicans too.

I'm sorry I started this thread by the way I did. Maybe calling him a racist without at least a question mark, was the wrong way to go. I just thought those comments were just a inflamatory.
