Vince Wilfork Article
Great Article on Big Vince
http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/sports/x1069126395 "Around the midway point of the 2005 season, Vince Wilfork's second in the NFL, it started to happen. There was no more reckless shedding of blockers, opening cutback lanes for backs. No more shooting gaps, leaving linebackers exposed. No more late reads, allowing plays to go right by him before he knew it. Wilfork had become a two-gap nose tackle, and as the campaign wore into November and December, people took notice. After Week 9, the Patriots' run defense was ranked 27th in the NFL. After Week 16, it was fourth." I can't believe this guy can dunk a basketball. Wow! |

Isn't he only like 6'1"
How the heck is he dunking? How does he get off the ground? Kudos to Breer for a good article. Just like in 2003 and 2004, the Pats had a solid anchor in the middle of the line (Washington and Traylor). And hopefully Wilfork's legacy will be even better. |
Re: Vince Wilfork Article

Re: Vince Wilfork Article
Instead of Hochstein or Seymour, they should put Vince in on goalline situations. Of course it might be tough finding a hole running behind him on account of him being so big and all. :D
