2009 Predict the Score Contest, Final Results
This is not the thread to make Week 1 predictions, this one is to recap previous season results.
Time for a new season, so time to officially close out out last season's contest. We had a great contest coming down to the wire. borg had taken the lead in the standings in week 2 and held it until pats1 caught him in week 10. They swapped the lead the rest of the way, until after the final regular season game borg and pats1 were tied atop the standings. :rocker: So it came down to the playoff game predictions. Both picked Baltimore for the same number of points, so the Patriots offense (or lack thereof) was the deciding factor, with the entire Predict the Score season ending in a slim 3 point victory. Congratulations to the 2009 Predict the Score winner, pats1! :youtheman: Congratulations also go to the 70 players who competed from start to finish, none missing more than one week. I thank them and everyone else who played for making 2009 a great PtS contest year! Code:

Wildcard week results
2009's final game was painful, to say the least. But not entirely unexpected by everyone, as regulars were at the top of the week's results list (albeit often contrarian regulars).
Congratulations sort of ;) to Wildcard week's Predict the Score Contest winner, Ochmed Jones! Code:

Congrats to Pats1!
How I ended up in the top ten is beyond any logical explanation ... Good to see these threads back again. A sure sign that the (real) football season is here. |

First congrats to pats1 for his big win. I'm sure that prize money will come in handy.
Next, WELCOME BACK ALAMO!!!!!:rocker:. So glad that you have decide to do this again this year. It is things like this as well as Miguel's cap pages that make this site one of the most unique and certainly one of the best independently owned fan sites on the internet. http://s202.photobucket.com/albums/a..._Approves1.gif Finally, my 33rd place finsih would keep me eligible for the FedEx cup if this was golf. It's not golf but if it was I'd still be inthe running. |

Let 's bump this up so all the speculation threads don't make it fall to the 2nd page.
