This Brady quote screams "Chad Jackson"
http://officialnewenglandpatriots.wordpress.com/
QUOTE: "It’s been nice over the years, so many of our guys have left for other teams via free agency, coaches have left, but it’s nice to be able to add some veteran players that are very professional at this point in your career – you show up to work, you know what is expected of you, you’re willing to put that work in, rather than a 22, 21-year-old rookie who you hope brings his playbook to the meeting at the right time." |

Re: This Brady quote screams "Chad Jackson"
very much so. I want to give Jackson a chance though. And I wish him luck, as he will need it, with all of these other receivers.

Re: This Brady quote screams "Chad Jackson"
It's almost like he has been forgotten by the fans and the media already. If he doesn't do anything this season it wouldn't surprise me to see him traded or released next season.

You give a player that you traded up in the second AT LEAST three years to show something, especially if they are at an area of need like Jackson is. Not to mention that Jackson was handicapped by injuries. Just look at Hill. He was a second round pick too. Defensive line wasn't even an area of need and Jackson has already shown more in his one year than Hill did in his entire time with the team. |
