Too much considering he wasn't convicted of an underlying crime . . . in fact Billy Boy also lied under oath but I don't recall him going to jail.

He lied, he deserves it, no pardon either, since 30 months is fair I think. People cannot lie under oath. Period.

Do you think he will share the same cell with Randy Cunningham, Bob Ney, and Jack Abramoff?

I was wondering how long it would take to bring Clinton's name up. Isn't there just a little bit of difference in obstructing justice in the investigation of revealing a CIA agent that was by most accounts a vindication (she's fair game) versus an investigation of Whitewater which was a political fishing expedition which revealed nothing, but was able to uncover an affair that had nothing to do with the original investigation. Not defending Clinton, just putting some perspective in place. Scooter was a fall guy who lied because..........he couldn't remember the truth? He deserves jail. Do you think Clinton deserved jail time for lying about a blowjob?

Libby was convicted of giving differing accounts of his conversations with journalist to the grand jury. He was not convicted of revealing Plame's CIA status. Armitage was the one who revealed Plame's status to Novak (the original reason for Fitz's investigation supposedly). Armitage of course wasn't charged with anything.

Most interesting Fitz knew who gave Plame's name to Novak before Libby was ever called to testify to the Grand Jury.

Awwwww, come on now RW. You don't really mean EVER, do you. After all, as long as it's about a blowjob, it's fine. See, even SCOUT thinks so

I believe the term I'm looking for is Moral Relativism. All lying under oath is not created equal............ right????????

Lying under oath is lying under oath. I wasn't trying to deflect the discussion, but Clinton did do that. But I guess that's OK.
