Not a bad idea, probably better than all the crap in the new immigration bill, maybe after they simplify this they can simplify the tax code also.. wait a minute that would lead to about a million less bureaucrats, bad idea, need to perpetuate the system.

The problem is they are doing it to encourage Legal immigrants to return home. Our problem isn't with legal immigration, it's with the illegal invasion. Legal immigration should be encouraged. The problem is with uncontrolled, undocumented, illegal waves infiltrating a country, and destroying it's social, and fiscal fabric.

It would be a fine idea for us - if we had a 100 ft tall, 10 foot wide brick wall to prevent them from coming back.
