Re: Yahoo! rank all 32 NFL Head Coaches
How does Ryan going 7-7 plus gifts as a rookie HC rank above Caldwell, who won every game they tried to win until the SB in his first year, or Sparano who took over a 1-15 team and went 11-5 (then beat Ryan twice last year) or Mike Smith who also did better in his irst year and as well with his QB hurt in his 2nd?

Re: Yahoo! rank all 32 NFL Head Coaches
I think BB is the best coach but Sean Peyton is the one who won a super bowl last season. It's like saying the Colts were the best team in the '04 and '05 seasons when the Pats won 2 super bowls straight.
But if we're talking overall, BB is the best coach in the league. |

I agree with #1 as well..
Interesting the other night driving home in the "hurricane" listening to someone named Damon on 98.5 and in his quest to be "edgy" or generate calls, was contending that BB was "burnt out"... he was comparing BB to Shula in his last days, Parcells in Dallas etc.. made little sense, but he sounded stupid. |

They rated Pete Carroll at #23. A bit high I think... I would have said #28 or 29.
