I'd love to send #28 + Asante to Washington...

For #6. Pats draft Laron Landry.

You mean LaRon Williams? He is not exactly great in coverage. Sean Taylor and Roy Williams is what you would be getting...ORRRRRR Brandon Merritweather and Reggie Nelson could be Ed Reed.:)

What are you talking about? Landry is a fine zone-cover safety.

I've seen this posted a few times.. Why do people want to trade an established CB for a Safety? Considering this is a deep draft in Safeties and we have needs at other positions (corner), I think that would be a horrible move..

And this isn't even bringing into the factor that the #6 pick gets 15 mill guaranteed..

Because Wilson is in the final year of his contract, Harrison is old and fragile, and Sanders is merely adequate. And also because Asante will get quite a bit of guaranteed money as well, but for just a single truly excellent season...

Troll?

BTW, Washington was willing to send #6 to Chicago for Briggs and #31. Asante and #28 for #6 seems plausible in that light. If you stop and think about it first, that is...

I'd sooner trade him to a divison rival such as Buffalo and take Leon Hall from Michigan.
