Final Roster Predictions - OL
Exhibitions are over and all cases are made, so I thought a place for final predictions would be appropriate. Fire away!

Light, Vollmer, Connolly, Neal, Kaczur, Koppen, LeVoir, Wendell, Ohrnberger, Bussey.
Unfortunately, *way* too many of those guys are flat-out bad. |

That would open up a spot but, given the collection of "talent", might it not be better for the team to gamble on Kaczur's return, even if it's not sure that he'll make it back? I'm a lot less confident than many about Connolly, and I've got pretty much no confidence in any of the remaining 'backups'. I'm very tempted to suggest keeping Kaczur off the IR even if it's a question of "if", and not "when". |

I suspect that's why they haven't done it yet, but Connolly has acquited himself so far...still, it's NOT regular season play...the only thing I'm sure of is we won't see Mankins. From what I've seen of the depth at OL, I'm not impressed at all.

Light, Connolly, Koppen, Neal, Vollmer, LeVoir, Wendell, Kaczur, Bussey.
Ojinnaka replaces Bussey in week two. I would have considered keeping Larsen, but that's not going to happen if the Pats are going to keep Kaczur on the roster until he is ready, as that would be two automatic game-day inactives at one position for the first several games. Welch and Ohrnberger are strong possibilities but I'll guess Bussey. |
