is all of the little moves, the saving $$$ here and there, the letting guys go a year early instead of a year late, the constant focus on little details, the value-based personnel evaluation - like saving the egg money for years and years, it allows this F.O., at the appropriate time, to go out and land a BIG-TIME impact player like this.
