I'm ok with him studying it (assuming that's what he's doing). There are definate pros (revenue, jobs) and cons (increased crime, social costs of gambling). Looking into how casino gambling affected other areas would be a good start.
I don't know about you, but I'm actually happy when a politician says "I don't know, but I'll get back to you" (assuming that they do get back to you). I hate when they pretend to know-it-all. |
