I am going to go to Home Depot to purchase a replacement filter for my furnace and look at power tools. I expect to be the only guy there, well except for the old guys that work there that apparently know everything or for the young high school punks that know nothing.

Well, personally, I went through 15 super bowls before one really, really meant something to me and that was SF vs. Cinci. But, I've watched them all, being an incurable football addict. Today's the same, hopefully a good game and not a blowout. The Patriots SBs, of course especially the last three, were the best.

I'm going to a big party, for the sole-reason that the Pats aren't in the game. I can't go to Super Bowl parties for the Pats games, can't focus on the game. Hopefully today I'll get hammered and not pay attention.

It's my birthday today. Isn't that great? For the rest of my life my birthday will be associated with the day Manning won his first (and only) Super Bowl win. :mad:

I haven't watched any pre-game shows,I probably won't watch any post-game shows unless the Bears win but no matter what,this is the last live football game of the season and I intend to watch it. The season is short enough as it is.
It's still an exciting event no matter who's in it plus I love watching the Bears' D perform.They really are awesome-I want to see how they do vs Manning but then again I like watching a dominant defense.
From a football standpoint I'm looking forward to it. From a Pats fan standpoint it makes me sick but last year was worse for some reason.I couldn't have cared less who won so I simply went AFC. At least this year I care about who wins and it also should be a good game -at least there is that.
