News flash: It's NOT their "time" afterall
Why is it everyone seems to have decided that it is finally the Colts "time. The majority of "experts" go through somewhat rational pluses and minuses for both teams and for the most part end up in agreement that while the Patriots do indeed have the better and more balanced team, they all go off the deep end and declare it is Peyton's time and hence, the Colts will win.
WRONG - why does it have to be their time?? It's not - maybe next year, but this is OUR time, we are the Dynasty and we are on our way to #4 - nobody will stop us - got it? |

Boosterism and Slogans aside... it is no one's 'time' -- the champion will be the one who grabs a hold of the moment and tears it out of the grasp of all the oponents. Perhaps it'll be the Patriots, perhaps not. But regardless, no one, no one ever get a 'time' -- it isn't destiny or fate. It isn't desire. It is blood. It is sweat. It is pain. It is sacrifice. It is talent. And on Feb 4, we'll find out who wanted to pay the price to be champion. My money is on the patriots. |
