Which player do we need this sunday

Of the players who didn't play last Sunday, which one do we really need to play, and play well this Sunday.

Big Vince, Ben Watson, Maroney, or Rodney, which would have the biggest impact on the game this Sunday.

As much as I love Rodney, I think Big Vince is the guy that we really need this Sunday. His value to the team is under rated by many. He would be the clog in the middle to help contain Jax's running game.

After seeing Texas run all over us last week, I'm saying we need big Vince. I think we can still win, but I think it will be a tough tough tough game this Sunday. I don't see Vince playing as the media has yet to see him in practice.

The fact the media has not seen Wilfork in the 10 minutes of practice they're allowed to watch means nothing. In fact, if there was one week where BB's injury shell game comes into play more than ever, it's this one, and with this particular player. It wouldn't surprise me to see Wilfork miss this week, but it wouldn't surprise me if he played either.

I think Watson. If Garrard and his receiving corps are mediocre, which appears to be the case, then we'll put up more bodies to stop the run, and we'll be okay even without Vince. On the other hand, our O is really poor. It's easy to shut down our receivers. We need Watson back because he's our best receiver. With him playing, then we have a well-rounded offense that can run or throw. Right now, we're one dimensional, and that's our big problem, especially against a team that's motivated.

Wilfork, and it's not even close. Jax has a big, physical O line and we need Vince "the immovable object" Wilfork to clog things up in the middle.

Willie Andrews - to ensure the Jags start no further along than the 20-25.

I agree with this here Degenerate.

I'm willing to clog the box, in lieu of having Vince occupy a double team half a yard into the backfield every other play and take a chance on the Jag receivers and Gerrard scoring on us. Maroney is worth 10 points to the offense. Gerrard and the Jag wideouts will do well if they get one big play that leads to a TD. That sounds like a good tradeoff to me. Vince can take the next two weeks off to rest up for the second season.

I'd have to say Maroney. Need to get him in space to keep them from overpowering us on the inside. Rodney won't be a force for a little while. We'll need 8 in the box with or without Vince. If it's Maroney or Watson, I'll take Maroney.
