Miami on Deck then Bye week...
Without getting too full of ourselves...
We are somewhat banged up and not firing on all cylnders... IMO probably 70-90% chance of winning at home next week then resting up and healing during the bye week. We now know that we are a team which will make the playoffs then anything is possible. |

I am liking where the bye falls for us. Hopefully we get a victory over Miami next week with our patchwork secondary and no major injuries. We then have 2 weeks to heal and TB has two weeks to work with the receivers....... THEN, we have 10 weeks to play, then 1 week of meaningless play (like Miami last year) and then 1 week of rest before a game in Foxboro! :D |
Re: Miami on Deck then Bye week...
We've had some forgettable games against Miami during the Brady
Era. Lost down there in 01,02 and 04. Miraculous wins in 03 and last year. They usually play us tough in Foxboro too. But, don't win. Fumbled at 2 in 01, Dave Wannestade Memorial(Dumb coaching decisions) and late comback in 02 to knock them out of playoffs. Nice wins in SB years. But, lost last year while resting starters. What's the saying? On any given Sunday. |
