Will Doug Gabriel Start?
I realize that they were playing conservative pass d, but i liked what i saw out of Gabriel at the end of the Denver game...
Does anyone know if he will be starting? Or do we have Reche "creepshow" Caldwell and the 70 year old to look forward too.... (i love troy but he is old). |
Re: Will Doug Gabriel Start?
"we will do what is best for the football team. Players have to ready to play when they are called " or something similar is what BB would say and has said and will say for ANY PLAYER..anyone having more info as to who is to start before the game is making it up...
and as per yesterday's conf http://www.allthingsbillbelichick.co...transcript.htm Q: Do you feel like Doug Gabriel is ready to play a full game? "BB: I don't know. I think every player should be prepared to play as much as they're called upon to play by the coaches and then those are the decisions that the coaches make. That's what coaching decisions are – personnel substitutions and plays. That's not in a player's control. I don't think they should worry about it. I don't think they do worry about it. I think they prepare to play and need to be ready when they're called on. We'll make the decisions that we feel like are in the best interest of the football team period." so dont be surprised if gabriel ends up being deactivated tommorow..after these many yrs of BB's coaching nothing should surprise you. |
Re: Will Doug Gabriel Start?
