I suppose the 9/11 conspiracy theories make as much sense as the theories that Clinton was responsible for 9/11, and Bush wasn't because he was "only" in office for 8 months. It's all silly, but it's good people raise these issues, just in case there really is something going on. Anything's possible.

Clinton wasn't responsible for 9/11, what Clinton was responsible for was "SECURITY" Clinton should have been the one to put the "Patriot Act" into force, long before Bush came along. After the first attack on the World Trade Center the little Blind Muslim Pig told Clinton "we will be back to finish the job", Clinton did nothing.
