PATTERS has a link about H.D.S and the 34 billion wasted in corruption of some form, I'm sure the BUSHRUMPSUCKERS WILL find an excuse to make it sound like simple oversight mis-hap, hell it's ONLY $$$$34 BILLION THAT's LOST, drop in the BUSH bucket.. That could have went to the southern border security.....Clintons faults;)

He was a war president before he was the peace president. Just like he said, the war on terror can be won, but it really can't be won, so much as its about winning the hearts and minds of the muslims. Rememeber, that was the presentation he made while lying to the public in 2004 during his slash and burn campaign.
