IMO I think Bush has average intelligence at least and probably above average. But, he has tremendous street smarts. yes, he has made mistakes...but opeople who know him say he doesn't usually miss a trick. His goofball mannerisms is a ploy to make people at ease...then he strikes and strikes quick and hard. |

He's not the greatest public speaker NEM ... but the world is full of smart people who can't speak or write well. Not sticking up for Bush, just saying that public speaking is not any kind of an indicator.
