Still not saying...but he slipped just now on Fox...tried to correct his lapse...

No question it has to be "POWELL".

His slip was that he said " I called this person to talk about FOREIGN POLICY"

Caught himself and then said foreign and domestic policies....

TOO LATE NOVY.

The rumor is Armitage, Powell is an interesting guess though.

Well Armitage WORKED for Powell...so???? WOuldn't that make sense??? What ever happened to that deal that the source was the almanac??? Deep sixed...gone???? Armitage!!!

Novak said he got Plame's name from from Who's Who in America, under Wilson's entry. Mentioned it to Rove he said 'you know too', called CIA and they confirmed her employment. Novak confirmed that Plame arranged for WIlson to go to Niger.

Well when Novak call the CIA to see if she was an employee they didn't think so since they confirmed her employment there. Apparently she was just another analyst.

But an analyst who when her cover was disclosed caused havoc. The public may never know the harm of what was done, how many people were put in danger, what information was never obtained and how much damage the outing of her caused....and all this to go after her husband who had the guts to stand up against an administration hell bent on a war in Iraq.
