Many Interesting LB's Will Sign as FA's
With one round to go it's pretty clear that many decent LB's will not get drafted and will go on to sign as FA's.
Guys like Brooks, Hoyte, Havner, Parham, Roach, many of them very productive in college (like Havner) will not get their named called due to that very deep class BB referred to. It could be that so many teams are figuring that a decent LB prospect will be around after the draft that teams are using picks elsewhere so the whole group is sliding. Or they all just can't play, which obviously is more likely.
You never, ever, know what BB is thinking, but don't be surprised to see a guy like Havner sign after the draft.
Wasn't Eric Alexander an UDFA?
