2010 NBA Draft....

I just like looking through mock drafts as the draft is coming up....can anyone explain to me why EVERY mock draft i find has us picking 19th? Did we acquire this pick in a trade or something? I thought we would have 1 of the last 2 picks in the first and 2nd rounds.....Thanks

It's based on how they finished the regular season - not the playoffs.

They won a four way tie breaker - it could have been as low as 22 - and thus were considered the 19th worst team going into the playoffs.

just something to consider and appreciate as we're about to watch Game 7 of the Finals
