What a disgusting, reprehensible thing to say. But since he's a liberal, no one will care or make a big deal out of it. Reminds me of that incident many years ago when Ted Danson went on stage with Whoopi Goldberg in black face. If you're a liberal, it's OK to be a condescending, racist piece of garbage.

Comedy is supposed to be funny. Maher is a comedian. His opinion means nothing to me. He's not very funny, IMO, but his point is made in a comedy setting. What he said was racist and stupid, but comedians don't get fired for being racist (see Chris Rock, Rush Limbaugh, Andrew Dice Clay, Don Rickles, Flip Wilson -for you old farts- and Eddie Murphy). News casters, journalists and politicians do. Comedians are different from those people.

Kind of sad that in order to prove you point about racist comidians, you gave 6 names. Of those 6 names, one isn't even a comedian and 3 of the other 5 are black. Hmmmmmmm....

I don't remember Andrew Dice Clay even being racist. Now, granted, I never exactly saw any of his performances but I remember him being more sexist than racist. As for Don Rickles, he is the perfect example of a guy who, if he came around today, would never make it because of how offensive his routine is.

Nevertheless, it cannot be denied that offensive or racist comments by comedians are still capable of causing a public uproar. If you don't believe me, just ask Michael Richards.

The "minority comedians" don't count, it's impossible for them to be Racist, they get a free pass no matter what they say.

Little by little the liberals are finally seeing through Obama he isn't the Left Wing Hero that they thought he was he's a Chicago "bull***** artist" and the racist loons fell for it.......
Helen Thomas was the first to speak up and publicly say "Obama's No Liberal" more will follow, the Hope'y Change'y was all a bunch of Con Man *****.

Maher might have tried to make it sound funny but he too like Helen Thomas is starting to 'wake up'
