Any place to download old football games
Mods,
Not sure where to post this, but I was hoping to download some of last years college games to get a better sense of some of our new draft picks. Any websites that have game torrents to download. |

This is a good question as I think the NFL would make a ton of money if they set something up where fans can purchase and download games from the past.

Re: Any place to download old football games
Just an FYI, if you go to secdigitalnetwork.com they have quite a few games there as well.
As far as TYT goes, I cannot figure out how to download games on there. Do you have to buy credits or something. not very computer savvy. |

As far as old Patriots footage goes (which was what I initially thought this thread was gonna be about), there's almost the continuous history between 1994-2009 on Hulu. It starts with the fist year they were good with Parcells & Bledsoe (the year they lost to Belichick's Browns in Cleveland in the Wild Card round).
On You Tube, there's a complete game from Foxboro vs. The Los Angeles Rams from 1980. That's really the era I was looking for. I grew up on the late 70's Pats with Steve Grogan, Sam Bam Cunningham, Stanley Moragan, Russ Frances, Hog Hannah, Steve Nelson, Tim Fox, Raymond Claybourn, Sam Adams, Mosi Tatupu, Harold Jackson, Sugar Bear Hamilton, Andy Johnson, John Smith, Tony Franklin, Vegas Furgeson, Doctor Bill Lenkitus, and the rest. I wish they'd bring back THOSE throwbacks. The 1974-1982 unis. Especially the away ones with the red pants & white jerseys worn between 1979-1982. Back when the stripes were down on the SLEEVES, not up on the shoulders like The Colts have. Also, as for old AFL Pats footage, almost all of it is from 1966-1969. There's almost none with the original unis & helmet, or the 1961-1964 helmet, before they added the blue middle stripe in between the two reds in 1965. If anyone knows where to find any 1982 & older Pats footage, please let me know. |
