Vrabel to be released?
Steve DeOssie said tonight on the 10:00pm comcast NE Sports tonight that it is his understanding that Vrabel will soon be cut by the Kansas City Chiefs.
Tanguay claims that Vrabel loved living here and would be interested in a return. Should the Pats bring back Vrabes? While it has been a few years since he has been a productive linebacker, could he function in a leadership role? |
Re: Vrabel to be released?
No! He was awful in 2008. The Pats have moved on.

Re: Vrabel to be released?
In a heartbeat,Yes
He would be our Junior Seau yet still not that old to make a difference in the locker room at least,I loved that guy on this team. But once again the BB tree comes into effect,If Pioli thinks he is washed up does BB feel it too? |
Re: Vrabel to be released?
should we bring this guy in for a look?

Re: Vrabel to be released?
Anything's possible, of course, but they just signed him to an extension on March 4th.

Re: Vrabel to be released?
It would the same situation as it was with Bruschi in last years training camp. Just too old to contribute, but has earned the upmost respect from everyone in the Pats organization and beyond.
