OT: Campbell traded to Raiders

For a fourth round pick in 2012.

And, here's another update. Vrabel just hit him again and forced him to fumble.

Disappointed, because I think we could have had him for a 6th rounder in this year's draft.

Excellent character. A good soldier throughout in the dysfunctional Redskins world.
This kid has a great arm and a quality brain.

Actually played adequately the second half of last year. One must keep in mind, he had NO offensive line and a ragtag list of weapons headed by a shockingly slowed up Clinton Portis.

From the beginning this kid has shown amazing poise and character in sticking in there to bail out a ship that just wants to sink.

I would have loved him to be a back-up to Brady and will root for this kid (after hopefully having a disastrous 2010 season with Oakland - - a.k.a our 2011 1st round draft pick).

Wow, what a trade for the Raiders. They may actually finish with a winning record this season.

Our draft pick isn't looking as good as it was with Russel at QB, but it's still looking good. Campbell sucks.

Good news is he is already demanding to start...prima donna act might do well for the Patriots anyway

Oh, Belichick's just going to trade the pick anyway. Wasn't there some article posted here today that surmised that Belichick will own the entire second round in a few years? :D

This is true but I think that their inter-division rivals Denver and Kansas City have also improved through the draft and free agency. I can't say with confidence whether San Diego improved or got worse because I didn't pay attention to their draft and they lost/traded some starters.

Let's just say this. Campbell is no McNabb or Rothlessberger. Our pick is still in the top 10

Campbell and Gradkowski will command a decent starting QB competition for the Raiders. They have really improved this season. JaMarcus Russell is a fat, lazy hack who never should have been an NFL player.
