The $50,000 a year NFL player
 
With no cap, does that mean there is no minimum salary?

We could see some low salries for the bottom of the roster players.

No the minimum rookie and vet salaries still apply.

No. Minimum salaries per player still exist; there's just no arbitrary lower limit to total team salaries.
