Rams | Chavous signed to five-year deal
Sat, 11 Mar 2006 11:59:32 -0800 Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the St. Louis Rams have signed free agent S Corey Chavous (Vikings) to a five-year contract. Complete financial terms were not disclosed, but he will average about $4 million a year for the first three years of the contract. Counting bonuses and base salary, Chavous' compensation for the 2006 season will be between $6 million and $7 million. |
Hm. Too bad. He was a DB we were looking at. I'd like to see Archuleta brought in.
