OT: I finally have company - DeOssie picking Saints
It's been a lonely place here in Saints Believer Land.
The vast majority want the Saints to win but few believe they can or will. I've believed all along the Saints not only can win but will win. Loved hearing today on EEI that the one football commentator in the Boston market I have genuine respect for, former NFL'er Steve DeOssie, is joining me in the House of Saints Love and is picking the Saints to win the Super Bowl. Sweet!!!! |

Granted it's taped earlier in the week but you gotta man up and stick with your previous pick :) |

I am also picking the Saints. Can't really give you cogent reasons, but I do believe that the Saints offense is the best the Colts will face all year. The Pats put up 30+ vs them. With Freeney hurt, I wonder how effective he will be.
Saints D is good enough. They are a ballhawking defense that can generate good pressure. Saints 34- Colts-28 |

The important factor is Felger (and maybe Borges). If Felger picks the Colts (please please) then the Saints are a lock.
The Saints like to beat up opposing QBs and I think this will work on Manning if they can get to him.... |
