Interesting from the former counsel from Monsanto... wonder how Anita Hill feels everytime this guy speaks..

Not surprised though, if a similar decision was made by the left the righties would be all aghast and say things like activist court..

So he doesn't ask questions, perhaps he and Scalia discuss the cases and They have Scalia ask the questions. What we do know is that he writes opinions and they are very well written and thought, and unlike Obama he can speak coherently without a teleprompter.
