OT: Vince Young named to 2010 Pro-Bowl

As a result of Phillip Rivers not playing, now. And now, all of the following positions will have to add a player.

Quote:

AFC
QB: Peyton Manning
WR: Reggie Wayne
TE: Dallas Clark
C: Jeff Saturday
DE: Dwight Freeney
DE: Robert Mathis

NFC
QB: Drew Brees
T: Jonathan Stinchcomb
G: Jahri Evans
C: Jonathan Goodwin
LB: Jonathan Vilma
FS: Darren Sharper
While I think the ratings will now be better, the selections have now officially become a joke.

Not just Vince Young, but since Manning can't play, DAVID GARRARD will be in the Pro Bowl.

That makes it an AFC South Trio with Schaub the Starter. BTW, I haven't heard anything about Flacco or Orton declining to play, which means they were behind Young and Garrard. I hope that's not the case, because that would be a slap in the face. Only QB I heard declined as an alternate was Ben.

---

With Brees out, McNabb goes in. I'm gonna guess Favre does not play, which puts Romo in the game as well.

Rodgers will start, McNabb and then Romo. If either McNabb or Romo decline, then Kurt Warner would go. If he got the chance, he would probably decline, which means Eli goes.

That was a pretty interesting post to read.

I can't believe they actually put this before the Super Bowl. Pretty much makes it the Loser Bowl now, doesn't it?

I thought you were joking until Google confirmed it. I don't see how he made it unless Flacco, Orton, Palmer, and Henne all declined. I mean, Garrard stinks.

David Garrard is literally the 7th string QB for the AFC.
