This article has probably already been circulated around...but it is just too funny not to post it. Not to mention ironinc.

“Mr. President,” one aide in the meeting said. “There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution.”

“Stop throwing the Constitution in my face,” Bush screamed back. “It’s just a goddamned piece of paper!”

2. If this were true Bush would of been ripped 6 ways til Sunday on every newscast imaginable and with good reason.

I've seen it reported a few places on both sides of the aisle, this along with all of the faux pas of this administration was underreported as usual. Just the good news folks.

This is an "old one" the sore losers have been trying to use it for quite awhile now, nobody pays any attention to it the public knows it's just another "smear", even David Letterman gave up on it.
