Methinks the tree would look better if it pruned a certain branch in Ohio. . . .

Who is Johnette Howard and why is her opinion even relevant? I wonder how someone who probably never met or spoke to any of these people gets off on calling them arrogant. Then I saw she was a New York based writer who's claim to fame was writing a tennis book. Her whole story smacked of arrogance. Her own.

I'm not even going to bother clicking on the link. Old news; this is one of those things those that don't like Belichick have brought up as so-called 'evidence' that he's not a good coach for a few years now. Then some hater usually chimes in with BB's record in Cleveland as further 'proof'. I guess using that same logic if a couple of assistants that were in Detroit happen to go on to win championships, then that means Matt Millen was as good a coach as Vince Lombardi?

It's like listening to a broken record; can't these writers ever come up with some new material?

More important than Belichamp's coaching tree, is what the hell kind of name is Johnette? You can't just add an "ette" to a guy's name to make it a girl name.

Michaelette, Williamette, Rogerette? Come on.

She should stick to tennis.

I'm surprised she's interested in a sport like that though since it's so full of crybabies and prima donnas.

Sure you can. And after glancing at the author's photo the parental rationale of a hermaphrodite immediately came to mind...

Tennis writer, eh? I wonder if she thought it was arrogant when Serena Williams told the lineswoman "I want to shove this blankety blank ball down your throat..."? Although truthfully, I almost wish BB had said that to the ref that made the call on Faulk's catch. I mean, hey, if you're gonna get the heat, might as well make it worth your while! :D ;)

closer to john than johnette.

now it's bb's fault how other people act.

I certainly hope not. He's responsible for how 53 people act on Sundays in the fall and winter.
