Net Effect Of Last Week Of Transactions
 
TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS
--------------------------
IN - Seau, Tate (not technically on the 53), LeVoir (not technically on the 53)
OUT - Sands, Galloway, Matthews
EXTENSIONS - Aiken, Banta-Cain, Alexander
KEY THIN SPOTS IN CURRENT ROSTER - only 2 TE's and only two QB's
=================================
We'll see in the next 24 hours whether anything else was completed by the 4PM deadline and whether we pick up players who are cut because no one was willing to trade for them. We technically have two roster spots until we decide Tate and LeVoir are needed on the active roster (we have a three week window), so Belichick has roster flexibility of he needs it.

No Fullback either. Matthews was supposed to be able to do that and Morris is injured. I guess we use Vollmer or another. I think we could use an H-Back.

Vollmer is our starting LT right now. He can't play fullback.

He was used as a FB on that dive up play that got LoMo his first TD.

I may be wrong, but I remember him being lined up as a TE and then pulling across the formation as the ball was snapped.

Who the hell was playing tackle on that play? Mankins? Connoly?
