How America's Economic Geniuses Sold Out Its Middle Class
This article has a title initially talking about China, but in whole is more about the past 30 years of American economic policy, and how it has led to our current economic state. It also does a great job debunking all the U-Chicago garbage-economists which were and still are supported by moronic GOP members.
The Existentialist Cowboy: How the US Became a Vassal State of China Just like many other lies spread by their party, 'Trickle Down' theory was another trick used to help only the rich, who use multiple means to hide their wealth off shore. |

And I thought it was Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and the CRA stuff; you know giving away money to the blacks, browns and po folk so they could share in the American Dream of home ownership... you mean there is a bigger picture than that??? OMG...
Welfare for Wall Street is hypocrisy and there is no such thing, they need those big bonuses and high salaries to retain the best and brightest:rolleyes::rolleyes |

Re: How America's Economic Geniuses Sold Out Its Middle Class
The author ignores the Cater administration and the CLinton administration while his figures for the economy run into the second term of the Clinton administration.
He totally ignores the effect of increased taxes and spending as a % of GDP something not endorsed by the Chicago school. IOW the article is junk. He confuses the Chicagoschool with pubbie pols. Cheery picking stats to fit his canned conclusion. |
