For having an orange chin strap instead of a white one.
I'm sorry, but some of these uniform rules they have are friggin ridiculous. Personally, they need to change the chinstrap rule so tht the playrs can where white or team colors.. |

I think it's more of a warning shot from the NFL to 85. They just want him to know they are watching him this upcoming season.
