Yah, the Miami Herald cretin got tooled. Hope Darlington reams out his "very reliable (sic) NFL source" who told him he saw Vick on the practise field in Foxboro. Here's the hilarious claims and egg on face retraction by Jeff Darlington...

Rollout

And El Presidente at Barstool Sports got pwned by an emailer who sent him a phone camera capture of Vick at Gillette. Only it turned out that it was a months old pic of Vick copied from the internet. Got the Patsfans guppies panties all atwist though.

I just don't get how this can dominate the NFL news cycle if there's absolutely nothing to it.

Look at the daily Favre watch in 2008, or how there was new rumor or allegation related to spygate nearly every day during the 2007 season. Who knows, maybe Ben Roethlisberger's agent started the rumor and Mike Tomlin was the very reliable NFL source.

It's a brilliant diversion if Rthlsbrgr's folks are behind the Vick news blasts. :)

That WOULD be a great move. Where were these handlers when Kobe & Mike Tyson needed them ?

Belichick is the zen master of the evasive answer, It takes him a paragraph to say maybe. Example:

“You know I think we would consider...” said Belichick. “We’re coaching the players that we have on the field right now, so that’s who is here. So, anybody who isn’t here is there potential that they could be here? Yeah, there probably is. But right now they’re not.

“We’re coaching the 80 players that are here, so until we get somebody else we’re coaching them. When we get somebody else in here, which I’m sure at some point we will, then we’ll coach them.

Classic.

I bolded the answer for you. 90% of news is made up of so called "facts" that have nothing to them.
