Here's an idea of what the idea of "Cap and Trade" is. Believe it or not, Obama did not invent it, and the main goal is to reduce emissions, for the benefit of the planet, rather than to raise taxes, to the detriment of Truth, Justice, and the American Way. Taxation is a means, not an end. Cope. |
