Absolutely incredible! They are not going after the companies (because they can't), so they are seizing the funds of Americans!!!!!

What law have they used to seize this money? Where is the court order?
Where are the people who were crying about warrantless wiretaps of terrorists making phone calls????

I'm beginning to believe that America, might not make it through the Obama years....

Wasn't this legislation underway before Obama was elected? I remember it being pushed through a few years ago. Seems like to me that the topic of internet gambling is like that of violent video games - it's an easy target for both parties to take on to appear as if they're "getting things done."

It would be fine with me if the law was changed, but it is what it is. Judges don't just pass out warrants for any old reason. Anyway this guy should be taxed on it just like any state lottery winner, regardless of online poker's legal status.
