Al Qaeda Broke?
I heard this last night so i had to check it out. If true its a pretty significant. It cost a lot of money to carry out attacks on foriegn soil.

When W. was the Pres all we heard was that our being over there was the best recruiting/fundraising tool Al Qaeda had ever seen or known.
