Do you want the Supreme Court to make a decision that is not in line with the SC Constitution?? If you read the article it clearly delineates who can appropriate funds, and it is clear from what is described here that the Governor has on authority to do what he did.. if the people from SC do not like change the constitution.

Some people on this board need a civics lesson..

In this case, the governor doesn't want to take obama money. Why does SC SC order him to do so? If they want the money that bad, why don't they ASK obama themselves?

Some people need to remember that people SELECT the governor to RUN the state business NOT the fcking judges.

Unless you want the judges to run the state business and justice system, please STEP UP and say so.
DON'T say what you do BUT DO what you say.

So your the one who started this activist judge BS.. you really do not know or understand basic civics, the decision was made in the context of the SC Constitution.. but then I my as well just spit in the wind, rather than trying to argue with you..

By using your logic, should you ask the judges for their spending approval as well if they can tell the governor to take Obama money?

Who is running the state? Governor or SC? You are very confused. If you are not happy with the governor, you should impeach or recall him. If SC doesn't like what the governor does, can they OVERRULE every governor's decision? Please tell me when you allow the judges to run the court system and state business.

Please remind eveybody the reasons you select the judges and governor. Everybody has a job to do.

The problem with you is you act like you know 'everything' but you have no idea what the hell you are saying in the reality. I'm not that impressed.
