Obama: 3 MANDATORY flu shots for EVERYBODY in US THIS FALL
 
YouTube - Obama Administration to Implement Government Flu Shot Program??

According to Washington post, Obama wants everybody in US to have 3 mandatory flu shots. Not 1 or 2 but 3. Why 3?

I thought 1 should be enough. Will you go to jail if you refuse to take 3 flu shots?

There is an argument for preventative medicine - but not mandatory flu shots. Stupid as usual, obama. The Presidency is only about 10,000 ft. above your head. You, sir, are nothing but a theoretician. The real world escapes you, you just don't get it.

Can someone explain to me where the word's "Mandatory" came up in either the video clip or the news article? All i heard was "urge".
