Eric Berry
Sophomore Safety that currently plays for Tennessee. He started as a true freshman and was named SEC Freshman Defensive Player of the Year and also was a Freshman All American. His Sophomore year he received SEC Defensive Player of the Year and was a first team All American. He leads the NCAA in interceptions, interceptions per game, interception return yards, and interception touchdowns.
I don't see him as the kind of guy who want to stay at Tennessee his Senior year. What if the Patriots traded one of their second rounders for a 2010 first to a team like the Raiders, Lions, Rams, or anyone that you pretty much know is going to suck to hopefully snag him if he comes out? Even if it doesn't work out we would have another first next year and we are still loaded this year. No reason spending picks on position we need if we are severely overdrafting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIfRB...eature=related Oh yeah, he has a low 40 time of 4.33. |
