If he doesn't lose a game considering the precedent given Faulk, I would hope that Mr. Kraft remembers that when it comes time to decide whether to renew the commish's contract.

He should lose more than a game given he was driving, and without insurance, etc.

The weird thing about that is, if you're rich and you cause an accident, injure someone, you're effectively in the poor house when the inured sues you. Jeez, insurance is there to prevent someone from taking all your dough when you screw up.
