She went to jail for perjury not for insider trading. She could have, and should have, struck a deal to avoid jail.

Actually it was obstruction since she wasn't under oath. Bill Clinton committed perjury (a felony) because he lied under oath. And he wasn't even disbarred.

I saw that headline in a newspaper but, it read Cuban charged with insider trading. And I thought Cubans are insider trading? :confused2:
